Feature by feature
Calculator first
Type the numbers the way you would on any calculator. Each amount you add becomes a line item, and one key turns them into an invoice or estimate.
Estimates with a payment schedule
Quote the job with a deposit and milestones. Each part becomes its own invoice when it is due.
Saved items and units
Keep a price book of the work you do, with units like hr, sq ft or day. Add several to a document at once.
Taxes and discounts
Add one or more taxes, like GST and PST, and a discount by percent or amount. Totals round the same way on every device.
PDF and share link
Share a clean PDF from your phone, or a link to a web copy your client can open anywhere. Then mark it sent.
Email from the app
Send an invoice or estimate to your client in one tap. Replies come to your own inbox.
Online acceptance
Clients accept an estimate on its web page. Sumocat records when, then creates the invoices for you.
Online payments
A Pay button on your invoices, through your own Stripe account. Paid invoices are recorded for you.
Payment reminders
A polite email on the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after, until the invoice is paid.
Recurring invoices

How do I get Sumocat Pro?
Subscribe in the app, monthly or yearly, through your Apple ID. Choose Pro for one business or Pro Plus for up to 5. The app shows the price before you confirm.
Can I use Sumocat for more than one business?
Yes, with Sumocat Pro Plus. It covers up to 5 businesses you own, such as a company and a sole proprietorship, with every Pro feature in each. Each business keeps its own clients, invoices, estimates, numbering, settings, logo and Stripe account. Switch between them in the app, and see money in, what you are owed and profit across all of them in one combined report. Sumocat Pro covers one business.
Who gets Pro on my team?
Pro belongs to the business it covers, so everyone in that business gets the Pro features. With Pro Plus, that is every business you own, up to 5.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Sumocat Pro or Pro Plus. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted or locked. Your invoices, estimates, clients and expenses stay yours, free. Only the things Sumocat does for you, like sending, reminders and online payments, stop.
What happens to my other businesses if Pro Plus ends?
Nothing is deleted. The business you choose to keep stays fully editable. Your other businesses become read only: you can still open them, see their reports and export their records and PDFs, but not change them. Subscribe to Pro Plus again and they are editable at once.
I switched phones. How do I get Pro back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore on the Pro screen in the app.
