Questions

Can I quote by the square foot?
Yes. Pick sq ft as the unit and Sumocat multiplies the area by your rate. Linear feet, cubic yards and custom units work the same way.
Can I split a seasonal contract into payments?
Yes. Add a payment schedule with installments. Each one becomes its own invoice with its own due date.
Can I track fuel and materials?
Yes. Add them as expenses, scan the receipt, and mark an expense billable to a client when you pass it on.
Add it up. Send the invoice.
