How it works

  1. 01

    Turn reminders on

One switch in Settings covers every invoice with a client email.

  2. 02

    Sumocat follows up

A short, polite email goes out on the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days after.

  3. 03

    It stops when paid

Mark the invoice paid, or let an online payment do it, and the reminders end.

Replies come to you PRO

Each reminder replies to your own email, with a link to view and download the invoice.

Pause any invoice PRO

Turn reminders off for a single invoice without touching the rest.

See what went out

The activity feed lists every reminder sent, and you can get a push for each one.
