QuickBooks alternative for invoicing on iPhone
QuickBooks Online is full accounting software that also sends invoices. Sumocat only does invoices, estimates, payments and expenses, on your iPhone. Which fits depends on how much bookkeeping you need.
PRO marks a Sumocat Pro feature. Everything else is free.
Sumocat and QuickBooks, side by side
Who each one suits
Sumocat
Sumocat suits you if what you need is to quote, invoice and get paid from your phone, with free use that has no invoice cap and no accounting setup.
QuickBooks
QuickBooks suits you if you need full accounting: a profit and loss statement, mileage tracking, accountants working in the same books, or payroll and lending from Intuit.

Can I use Sumocat instead of QuickBooks?
For invoices, estimates, payments and expenses, yes. Sumocat is not accounting software: it has no bank feeds, payroll or double entry books. Many people use an invoicing app and give their accountant the reports.
Can I export my numbers for my accountant?
With Sumocat Pro, the Money In, Owed to You, Profit, Top Clients, Sales Tax and Estimates reports export to CSV or PDF.
Does Sumocat take a fee on card payments?
No. With Sumocat Pro, clients pay through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual fees and Sumocat takes no cut.
Add it up. Send the invoice.
