Type each amount, or work it out with × (hours times rate, area times price), and tap the lines key to add it.

Pick Estimate and tap the action key. Name each line, set units and taxes, and pick the client.

Share the PDF or a link by text or email, then mark it sent. With Pro, email it from the app in one tap.

Can I price a job by the square foot?
Yes. Use sq ft as the unit and enter the area as the quantity.
How do I ask for a deposit?
Add a payment schedule to the estimate with a deposit due on acceptance. When the client accepts online, the deposit invoice is created for you (Sumocat Pro).
Can I see which quotes I win?
The Estimates report, part of Sumocat Pro, shows how many estimates were accepted over any period.
