Type each amount, or work it out with × (hours times rate, area times price), and tap the lines key to add it.

Pick Estimate and tap the action key. Name each line, set units and taxes, and pick the client.

Share the PDF or a link by text or email, then mark it sent. With Pro, email it from the app in one tap.

Can I take a deposit before starting a job?
Yes. Add a payment schedule to the estimate with a deposit due on acceptance, then milestones for the rest. Each part becomes its own invoice when it is due.
Can my client sign off on the estimate online?
With Sumocat Pro, your client opens the estimate link and taps Accept. Sumocat records the date and time and creates the first invoice.
Does Sumocat handle change orders?
Edit the estimate before it is accepted, or add a new invoice for extra work. Accepted estimates are locked so the agreed scope does not change under anyone.
